The YW Diamond is a leading Australian organisation with specialisation in custom boat building. The YW Diamond was established well over 30 years ago and has over time garnered so much expertise in the areas of boat design, restoration, and construction. 

Our Vision 

We aim to have the best designs, build a charter boat that would be used for one milestone event, and journey on a spectacular coastline. The passion for this vision is what has kept us evolving and developing year in year out. We have managed to pull out of difficult situations and consistently raise the bar we set for ourselves.

Experience

As part of the valuable team at YW Diamond, we have a team of highly skilled and qualified professionals with years of experience in the marine industry. Most of them started as apprentices in ship companies working on ships and the oil and gas industry. 

Alongside our team of professionals, we also have onboard other personnel with an abundance of experience in vessels and working on our charter. A mixture of these two teams provides cogent knowledge and contributions when trying to construct various boat designs to suit that particular person’s needs.

Our Mission

For over 30 years, our mission remains to provide and building clients with a desire to have excellent boats. Since inception, we sincerely keep putting out high quality and excellence in our work to help out our brands in the local community. YW Diamond has constructed a lot of vessels with different structures and purposes. For instance, we have built commercial boats like conventional catamarans, modular barges etc. Additionally, we have constructed hull extensions; we have completed credits to large passenger catamarans, patrol boats, subject to the owner’s requirements.

Most times, YW Diamond specialises in building wooden boats. Of courses, we are very open to accepting custom projects as well as bespoke designs. Our services aren’t just restricted to building boats. We also offer services such as boat storage, boat haulage, repair, restoration, and a wide range of boats.
